Dropping Off for REPAIR? Here's what to Do/Expect:

Schedule your Repair Drop-Off APPOINTMENT on our website (it's where your see our operating days/hours!!)

Park right in front of our shop window, then bring your machine to our shop.

Inside, we'll prepare a work ticket with your contact info, the item's details and your complaints.

We'll first discuss a ballpark quote based the likely problem, our rates, parts costs and time to fix (this we do for free!)

Then, for each unit "taken in" (for full technical inspection/Repair) we will collect a small $20 DEPOSIT . This fee will later apply to the total cost of repair! (non-refundable)

We do our magic... In a few days the technician will call when it's all DONE (unless there's something scary we need to discuss with you - then we'll call first!)

You'll pay the final balance of your repair when you pick it up.
